DANCE
Since the beginning of my relationship with God in 1987,
I have found worship and praise the best way for me to connect with God;
as a result, expressive worship and praise is very important to me.

For several years, I have danced to praise and worship music privately at home or in the back of my church
as a means to express my love for God fully, through my spirit, soul and body.
Dance, to me, is also a way to pray using expressive movement.
As I intercede when I dance, I am praying with my whole being: spirit, soul and body.
The moment I start to praise and worship, I sense God’s presence.

Most of my dancing is spontaneous through the Holy Spirit’s guidance.
My niece's passing in 2015 has inspired me to choreographed two songs, which you can view on this page.
I pray that those viewing these dances will experience God’s love, presence and power.
From observing these dances, it is clear that I do not have any professional training regarding dance.
I hope this fact encourages you to dance. The Holy Spirit is my trainer; and He is the One who influences my dance. All movements guided by the Holy Spirit can express many things; some are deep emotions of love, Biblical truths, intercession, and meaningful praise and devoted worship.

My first two choreographed dances "I Can Only Imagine" and "Beautiful" both by MercyMe are below.
May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the amazing love of God,
and the presence and fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you today
(2 Corinthians 13:14)

“I Can Only Imagine” by MercyMe
The choreographer to this dance is the Holy Spirit. I dedicate this song to my Father God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. I personally can only imagine in part what heaven will be like. I pray as you watch you will sense God’s presence and love for you.
“Beautiful” by MercyMe
This dance is in memory of my beautiful and precious niece, Meghan, who no longer is with us. The choreographer of this song is the Holy Spirit. During Meghan’s life, here on earth, she had difficulty seeing herself as God sees her. I do believe Meghan now knows how much God loves her and if she were here, she would want you to see yourself as God sees you.
I dedicate this dance to those who do not feel “beautiful”. I pray you feel blessed as you watch this dance and God opens your eyes to see yourself as He does. I give God all the glory, honor and praise.
